Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Drain before serving, if desired.
